Since our services are digital and do not involve physical products, we do not charge for shipping or delivery fees. Here’s how the process works:
Delivery Method
All deliverables are provided electronically via email or cloud-based file-sharing services (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct download links).
Depending on the service you have requested, you will receive your files in a digital format (e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf, .html, etc.).
Delivery Times
- Logo Design: Typically delivered within 5 business days from project start.
- Website Development: Completed websites will be delivered within 4 weeks, depending on complexity.
- Custom Design: Custom tailored design delivery may take 2-3 weeks approximately.
- E-commerce Store Setup: On going support and enhancement for e-commerce store setup
- Brochure Design: Usually delivered within 3 business days.
We will communicate the expected delivery date at the time of booking or project initiation, and you will be notified when the deliverables are ready.
International Access:
Since our services are digital, we offer worldwide delivery. You can access your final designs and services regardless of your location.
Project Milestones
For services like website development, there will be different milestones in the project. You will receive updates, previews, and/or links to review the work in progress.
