At Star Media Marketing, we aim to provide high-quality digital services that meet your expectations. However, as our services are primarily digital and customized, we have a specific return and refund policy. Please read through it carefully:
Refunds for Digital Services
We refund for all digital services within 48-hours. As this time is enough for customer to review the services provided. However, we understand that your satisfaction is important, and we are here to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
Revision Policy
To ensure the deliverable aligns with your vision, we offer revisions on certain services:
- Logo Design: Includes up to 3 revisions.
- Website Development: Includes 10 rounds of revisions for design and content.
- Custom Design: Custom designs drives your brand’s growth by connecting you with your audience online. Includes 3 rounds of revision
- E-commerce Store Setup: On going support and enhancement for e-commerce store setup
- Brochure Design: Includes up to 5 revisions.
If additional revisions are needed beyond the agreed scope, they may be subject to additional charges.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel a project before it has been started. In such cases:
- Before work begins: You will receive a full refund.
- After work begins: If any work has been done, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress made.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the final product or deliverable, please contact us within 1 day after receiving the work. We will review your concerns and work with you to make necessary revisions or improvements.
- We may request detailed feedback to understand your concerns and ensure that the necessary adjustments are made.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed work that has been delivered and approved by you.
- Services that are in progress.
- Custom digital products tailored to your specifications.
- E-Commerce store, once it is live on prod
